Submit a short proposal answering the following questions.

Who are you? List organizations name, project, principle investigator, and contact person, address, phone, and email. Give a brief history of your project.
What do you do? Describe your current research, education or conservation activities. How does your work conserve migrant or resident birds?
Why do you need this equipment? List what you are requesting and explain why the equipment is needed. Please list your request in order of priority.
Who else believes in your work? List two references that are familiar with your work. Provide their name, address and phone number and email.
How should we deliver to you? Let us know the best way to deliver equipment to you. Your assistance in arranging for delivery will expedite the transaction. Will someone from your organization be traveling to the US? Will a US researcher be traveling to your area who can act as a courier? Let us know.

Please note: Digital photos and a short follow-up report are required from recipients within 90 days of receiving equipment. Please tell us how the equipment has performed and its affect on the project or person using it. We request photographs of recipient (s) using the equipment. Photos will appear on web sites and publications to promote your work and to solicit donations.
